With its expansion into Poland, Plaza Resident Services is opening a new chapter in its international growth. Since October 2025, Plaza has been managing Nove Olendry in Poznań, a residential complex comprising 98 furnished studios and apartments. This marks the first time the well-established Plaza approach has been introduced to the Polish market.
Developed and delivered by Novaform and B-Right Urban Living, Nove Olendry is part of a broader urban development in the rapidly growing Naramowice district. The project provides housing for students, starters, and young professionals, combining compact and comfortable living spaces with shared amenities and a strong focus on quality of life.
Within the project, Plaza Resident Services is responsible for the full scope of resident management. From onboarding and communication to service delivery and day-to-day property management, every aspect is designed to create a positive living experience and an environment where residents quickly feel at home.
A proven approach, applied locally
The launch in Poland demonstrates that the Plaza formula can be successfully implemented beyond the Netherlands. Streamlined digital processes, transparent communication, and personal support form the foundation of the service offering. By combining this approach with local expertise and on-site presence, Plaza delivers a consistent resident experience regardless of the project’s location.
