Each year, Plaza Resident Services conducts a resident satisfaction survey to gain insight into the experiences of its residents. The 2025 results show that targeted improvements in service delivery contribute to simpler, more pleasant and more comfortable living – something residents clearly reflect in their appreciation. 

Increasing appreciation for living comfort and services 

Residents rate their overall living experience with Plaza Resident Services at 7.6. Strong results are also achieved in specific areas. Contact with the on‑site property manager scores a 7.7, while both the My Plaza tenant portal and customer service receive a 7.6. These figures reflect the daily commitment of colleagues who work hard to ensure enjoyable and comfortable living.

In addition, a clear increase is visible in digital services. Residents award the information provided via the website a score of 8.0, and rate the online registration process even higher at 8.4. Through the online customer portal, residents can arrange matters more quickly and receive faster clarity, significantly increasing living convenience.
