Due to a lack of affordable housing, young people are leaving Delft, which is a loss for the city. B-Right Urban Living has developed Mosaic Microliving 015 Tower Campus: a complex with almost 300 student houses in an attractive location just a stone's throw away from TU Delft. The residences have been developed based on our campus concept, in which fully upholstered and furnished residences are realised for both students and non-students, meeting contemporary comfort and quality requirements. In addition, the residences will always be affordable for the student.

Mosaic Microliving 015 Tower Campus has a gross floor area of almost 15,000 m2. The residential tower houses 143 independent studios for students. In the front building, which is 5 storeys high, there are 142 flats for young people. These are suitable for 1 to 2 person households. Most of the parking will be provided in an underground car park. There is also a launderette and an office for the complex manager.
